The Organization
An organization serving knowledge and solidarity
Founded in Nouakchott, the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jamaa Centre is an establishment accredited by the Mauritanian State. Its mission: promoting education, Arabic language learning, Qur'an memorisation and the study of the Islamic sciences, while carrying out humanitarian and social work, particularly for orphans. Situated between the city and the edge of the desert, it offers a serene study environment far from urban bustle, and welcomes national and international students with support for obtaining student residency.
